Payment Validator
A payment solution developed for SONDA. It is compatible with any MIFARE reloadable card system. Since 2011, Metro Bus, the public transportation system in Panama City, Panama, has implemented it in more than 2,800 units. Additionally, this device was certified in 13 standards related to electronic equipment in transportation and received AIE's 2012 Best Business or Public Sector Technology Project or Development Award.
IoT Node-Beekeeping
TECNOCAL developed the technology behind the BeeWaze IoT Node to offer a solution for sustainable beekeeping practices. Collecting internal hive data such as humidity, temperature, and weight, along with external variables, reduces the risk of mortality and increases productivity in agriculture. BeeWaze was the winner of CORFO's 2018 IoT Challenge and First Generation Accelerator of Triple Impact Ventures.
The Infrared Portal
Instantly detects the height, width, length, and weight of regular and irregular-sized packages moving on a conveyor belt—essential solution for companies with shipping services. WSP EXPRESS in Chile uses the infrared portal to automate merchandise prices, efficiently processing hundreds of packages every day.
